Eligibility & Requirements

No AI-Generated Artwork

All submissions must be created by the artist. Artwork generated in whole or in part by generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar services) is not eligible and will be disqualified. By submitting, you certify that your artwork is your own original, hand-created work.

Open to All

Individuals or teams — every artist is welcome.

Original Work

Artwork must be original and culturally respectful.

Asian Heritage Theme

Reflect Asian heritage, identity, or contemporary cultural expressions.

Mural-Adaptable

Final design must be adaptable to the exterior wall of AsianPlaza.

No AI-Generated Artwork

Submissions created with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) are not eligible and will be disqualified.

Selection Process

Phase 1

Internal Review

All submissions will be reviewed by the AsianPlaza Selection Committee, appointed by 168 Group. Up to six finalists will be chosen based on:

  • Artistic Quality
  • Cultural Relevance
  • Technical Feasibility for Mural Installation
Phase 2

Final Selection

Finalists will be featured on this website for public review. Winners are determined by a weighted scoring system:

Rights & Usage

By submitting an entry, participants agree that 168 Group reserves the right to display, promote, and publish all submitted works. Winning designs may be modified or adapted for final mural execution. Final interpretation and installation decisions remain under the sole authority of 168 Group.
