By using 168groupusa.com or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

Memberships and payments

Paid programs such as Beyond Home renew automatically on the monthly or yearly schedule you select, and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your member portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Membership benefits are personal to you and may not be resold or transferred.

Raffles, contests, and promotions

Raffles, giveaways, and contests (including design competitions) are governed by the specific rules published for each promotion, which take precedence over these terms for that promotion. No purchase is necessary unless the promotion rules state otherwise. We may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or otherwise violate the promotion rules.

User submissions

When you submit content to us (for example, contest artwork), you keep ownership of your work. You grant 168 Group a non-exclusive license to display and promote your submission in connection with the promotion you entered, as described in that promotion's rules. You confirm that submissions are your own original work.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, probing or breaching security measures, scraping at scale, submitting malicious code, or interfering with the operation of the service.

Third-party sites

Our site links to brand websites, our online shop, and social media operated under their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 168 Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
